Linda Stafford-Haynes is a native of Houston, Texas. Today, she has a loving and devoted husband (Benjamin) who is also in the medical profession; she is the Mother of two children, Howard Ward and Tiffany McCarty. She is the very proud grandmother of Joshua Ward and Savannah McCarty (Savvy).

Linda received her training at our renown trauma center, Ben Taub General Hospital located in the Medical Center as an Operating Room Technician. She later attended HCC and University of Phoenix. Linda is also a Facilitator for Satori Alternatives to Managing Aggression (SAMA). She has over 25 years of staffing experience. Her former employment was with Universal Nurses, I-Care Staffing and PrimeStaff. She opened Rad-Link Staffing in August 2004, until she merged with Ascend National, LLC in December 2012. The retention of the staff of nurses and technicians is remarkable. Over 60% of the staff have been with her for over 20 years. She is well known in the medical industry and well respected. Through her years of dedication to the industry, she is able to mentor and impact wisdom, knowledge, and true leadership in the lives of many.

Linda desire is to continue to thrive to be the best that she can be, without ever compromising her integrity. She is grateful for the amazing group of people she works with and the opportunity to be a help to many others whenever needed.
